You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for order delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Should you wish to update or cancel your order you would need to send us an email or WhatsApp for us to update your order. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local (SA) orders are shipped with reliable local courier such as Aramex, Courier Guy and Postnet. Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends and public holidays. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We must have a valid street address in order to deliver to you. Should your order get lost or stolen in transit we would do the necessary follow up with the courier but in the meantime we would arrange a replacement item of the same as the item ordered. Refund policy RETURNS AND EXCHANGES It’s easy to return an item or exchange it for a different size – you can do so at any time within the first 3 days from receiving your order. You will have to bear the costs of return postage. Items being returned or exchanged should be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed and unworn and in their original packaging. FAULTY GOODS All of our products are produced to the highest quality standards, but manufacturing faults can still occur occasionally. If you think your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ll ask you to return it to us for inspection and replacement. Damage through long term or excessive use is not considered a manufacturing fault. PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS TAKE APPROXIMATELY 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS ONCE THE ITEM HS BEEN RETURNED.
